A GENERAL ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF OSHKOSH AUTHORIZING PUBLIC CONSTRUCTION
TO BE DONE BY THE CITY OF OSHKOSH WITHOUT SUBMITTING SAME rOR BIDS.
The Common Council of the City of Oshkosh da ordain as follows:

the costs of said work including the necessary overhead expenses and
upon completion of such work shall make a complete report thereof
to the Common Council stating in detai? the items of cost and the
total cost of doing such work all accordir.g to Section 62.15 (14) of
the Wiscansin Statutes; and upon complPtion of such work, the proper
