HomeMy WebLinkAbout28879 / 77-32June 2, 1977 # 32 RESOLUTION PURPOSE: FINAL RESOLUTION FOR THE GRADING AND GRAVELING OF STREETS INITIATED BY: DEPARTMENT OF PUBLIC WORKS WHEREAS, the Common Council of the City of Oshkosh held a public hearing on the 31st day of May, at 4:00 p.m. for the purpose of hearing al� intere�ted persons concerning the preliminary resotutions and reports af the City Manag�r (Board of Public ��'orks) on the propos�� improvements consisting of the grading and graveling on the fol�owing streets, all pursuant to Resolution # 30 of March 17, 1977 of the Oshkos;� Common Council: EAST FERNAU AVENUE - From North Main Street to East 1300 feet CRr'1NE STREET - From Wilson Avenue to 316 feet north WEST LINWOOD AVENUE - From Wisconsin Street to Jackson Street riOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Cozmnon Cauncil of the City of Oshkash as follows: l. They objected to sani- tary sewer in this area, but when noted a correction should be made to indicate Grading and Graveling project, they did not resnond.
