CHIEF OF` POLICE
`LIQUOR LICENSE APPLICATION - TEVE KAMINSKI
(FORTY-NINER LOUNGE, 601 E. PARKWPY AVENUE, OSHKOSH)
The license application in questian is for the pace of business
known as thE Dyno-Iiie Bar, 601 E. Parkway Avnue. (Gloria Jean
Raminski is the current license holder}.
I wish to inform you as a meniber of the Common Council why I oppose
bir. Kazninski being issued a license o operafie a liquor establishment.
In b!arch, 1976 the Oshkosh Police Department, working in cooperation
cith the Winnebago County Sheriffs Depariment, through the use of
an infarmer, purchased drugs from one Steve Kaminski. The purchase
of the drugs did not take place at 601 E. Parkway Avenue, but
is. Kaminski was observed by the Police informer taking the drugs
from underneath the bar az 601 E. Parkway Avenue.
6•ie have received information from another source that this is not
the only time that Mr. Kaminiski has dealt in the selling of drugs,
though not necessarily on the premises of 601 E. Parkway Avenue.
