IT IS FtJR'I'i�R AGREED that the undersigned s�all jointly and severally �_,:�.- hold the City of Oshkosh harmless from any and all claims, damages and liability that may result directly or indirectly from the granting of the permission to m3ke such installations. IT IS FUK1�R AGREID, notice shall be given to the Director of Public Works two (2) days prior to the co�ncement of this work, for the purpase of staking; construction shall be only on Nbndays through Fridays, from 7:00 A.M. to 5_00 P.M., and only when an Inspector of the City of Oshkosh is on duty at the project site; construction sha11 be CONTINtTOUS until the project is co�leted. Said work shall be co�pleted within two (2) weeks after work is comnenced; default of any of the provisions of this contract shall, at the option of the City, wid the contract.
