Works BE IT RESOLVED by the Common Cou�icil of the City af ashkosh as follows: l. The Common CounciX hereb�T declares its intenti�n to exercise its power under Section 66.60 of the Wiscansin Statutes ta levy specia]. assessments upon property within the following aescribed areas for benefits conferred upon such property by impraving the fallowing namec� streets, said public improvement to includ� the followinq: SANITARY SEWER, WATER, NLA�N, GRADING & GRP,VELING North Main Street from Libbey Avenue to Packer Avenue 2. Said public improvement shall include the grading �f the above named street to the grade hereafter established by special ordinance of the City of Oshkosh, 3. The tatal amount assessed against such district shall not exceed the total cost ef the improvements and the amount assessed against any parcel shall not be greater than the benefits accrued t;�ereto from said improvements. 5. The assessments aqainst any parcel may be paid according to the provisions of Section 25-83 tnru 25-89 of the Oshkosh Municipal Code. 6. The Board of �ublic Works is directed to prepare a report consisting of: -� 15 A - (a) (b) (c) Final plans and specifications for said improvements. An estimate of the entire cost of the improvements and laterals. An estimate as to each parcel of property within the assess- ment district of: (1) The assessment of benefits to be levied improvement. (2) The damages to be awarded for property by each improvement. (3) The net amount of benefits over damages over benefits for each improvement. for each taken or damages or of damages Upon completion of such report, the Board of Public Works is directed to file a copy thereof in the City Clerk's Office for pubiic inspection. 7. Upon receiving the report of the Board of Public Works, the City Cierk is directed to give notice of a public hearing on such reports as specified in Section 66.60 (7) of the Wisconsin Statutes. The hearing shall be held by the Board of Public Works at the Council Chambers in the City Hall at a time set by the Clerk in accordance with Section 66.60 (7) of the Wisconsin Statutes. 8. The Wisconsin Public Service Corporation of Oshkosh, Wiscansin, is hereby required to instal.l gas mains in said street and service laterals at such intervals as the Board of Public Works shall direct, said work to be completed prior to the improvement of the said street, the City Clerk shall forward a certified copy of this resolution to said corporation forthwith. 9. The Board of Public Works and the proper city officials shall do all things necessary so as to complete the installation of storm sewers in said street prior to the improvements thereof, if necessary. 10.
