Frueh, City Manager FROM: William J. $chomisch, Grants Coordinator SUBJECT: UMTA Section 5 Operating Assistance Application DATE: September 14, 1977 Attached for your review and consideration is a draft copy of the City of Oshkosh's 1977 Operating Assistance Application for Federal Urban Mass Transit Administration (UMTA) funds. Based upon preliminary estimates from the City's 1977 State of Wisconsin Operating Assistance Application, the Federal dollars being requested in this application amount to $109,144. As you are aware, a public hearing on the application itself is scheduled for Thursday's Common Council meeting.
