Du�ing the Work Shop there were discussions relative to Iimiting the potential cast of this service to the City to a specific maxTmum sum, In our proposa) ]etter we estimated the cost will be approximately $4�700 for the first year of service� supplementtng that proposal with an addttional estimate of $900 to prepare specifications and review premium proposals. it is ouc� opinion these estimates are accurate, !f tt is the intent of the City Attorn�y to amend the contract to a maximum cost per year, we suggest that the amendment inciude a ciause that woutd permit Strauss Zahn Company ta discuss any over-run that might occur with you� affice o� a desigrtated group, at the time of one of the quarterly billings.
