SEPTEMBER 15 1977 #24 RESOLUTION
WHEREAS, applications for licenses have been made, fees
deposited, and all legal procedures have been taken as per
ordinances of the City of Oshkosh,
WHEREAS, it has been requested that the Common Council
cancel the Combination Class "B" Fermented Malt and Intoxicat-
ing Liquor License issued to Daye's Pub, 1601 Oregon Street,
Dorothy C. Daye, 201 W. 16th Avenue, Owner.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT.RESOLVED by the Common Council of
t:�e City of Oshkosh that License No. �24 of Daye's Pub be
cancelled and the following license be granted:
COMBINATION CLASS 'rBr' FERMENTED MALT
AND INTOXICATTNG LIQUOR LICENSE
