4. For every $4,000.00 of principal paid to Seller under the Land Contract, the
Buyer shall have the riQht to select one (1) acre of said land and the Seller
shall convey to Buyer said land by Warranty Deed free and clear of all liens
and enctmlbrances . If the Buyer re�?uires more land than past payments of
principal under Land Contract would pay for under preceding provision, the
Buyer may prepay principal to the extent required for Buyer's sales of said
land on basis of $4,000.00 for each acre sold. The Sellex shall have the
right to defer receipt of payment under this paragraph.
5. The option can only be exercised by the City of Oshkosh and not by Chamco,
Inc., or any other assignee.
6. The undersigned shall have the riqht to cultivate, plant and harvest crpps
fram that part of described premises not sold by Purchaser; provided that
the undersigned shall not be c�npensated for any crop damage on that part
of said premises sold by Purchaser and on which development has conmenced
prior to harvest of crops and the undersigned shall be notified thirty (30)
days in advance of coim�ncement of site development.
7. This option cannot be exercised prior to January l, 1978.
