The ch�irman called the meeting to order at 7:30 a.m.
1) APPROVAL 0� CHA�-1C0 SPEC BUILDING
Arganbright stated that the purpose ef this meetinq :�;as to receive the
report of the Spec E3uilding Subcommi�tee on ��rhether or not it ti•ras i�easible
for Chamco, Ine. to construct a building on a speculative basis. haone
stated that the Spec E3uilding SuhcomTittee had met on Tuesday and
unanimously aqreed that Chamco, Ine, coulcl and should eonstruct a spec
buildiny. He presented a letter to the com;nzttee from f•tr. Hansche
outlininc� project costs f�r the builciinq, land and additional fees.
Noone noted the modifications regarding t.hc; west elevation, elimination
�- of the parking lot, and a. char�qe eliminating the laad_ing dock option on
the north elevation. It was noted tt�at �aith these �noclifications the
actual b��ilding costs are less than oriq.inally anticipated. It «as also
noted that the $6,000 a.11ocated for �he qa� mai.r extension could be
reduced considerably assumincJ that. tt;� exist�nc� firras 1•rithin this area
would participate in the extens3nn co�ts. ":oone incficated th�t the
