He presented a letter to the com;nzttee from f•tr. Hansche outlininc� project costs f�r the builciinq, land and additional fees. Noone noted the modifications regarding t.hc; west elevation, elimination �- of the parking lot, and a. char�qe eliminating the laad_ing dock option on the north elevation. It was noted tt�at �aith these �noclifications the actual b��ilding costs are less than oriq.inally anticipated.
