In following with past policy, we would ask that the City of Oshkosh extend the 1977 land price on those properties for which we presently have negotiations pending. These properties are briefly described as follows: South Industrial Park Two parcels located immediately south of Arrowhead Conveyor Co., Inc. and west of Medalist Drive containing approximately 6.5 acres. North Industrial Park Forty acre site including the 5.5 acre site which is the site of the spec building located north of Wisconsin Public Service Corporation and east of Main Street.
