JANUARY 5 1978 � 3 RESOLUTION
PURPOSE: EXTEND 1977 PURCHASE PRICE FOR INDUSTRIAL PARK PRO��RTY

W�IEREAS, there are industrial firms who have indicated an
interest in purchasing Industrial Park property; and
krHEREAS, the 1977 purchase price for such land expired an
December 31, 1977;
NOW, THERErOR�, BE IT RESOLVED by the Common Council of the
City of Oshkosh that the proper City officials are hereby auth-
orized and directed to extend the 1977�purchase price for 90 Days
for Industrial Park property on those properties upon which
negotiations are presently pending, these parcels being those set
out ir. a letter from Patrick J. Vercau�eren, Executi�,Te Director of
the Oshkosh Industrial Development Co:nmittee, said letter dated
December 21, 1977 and attached hereto and incorporated herein by
reference.

In following a�ith past policy, we tvould ask that the City of Oshkosh extend
the 1977 land price on those properties for which tive presently have negotiations .

Tnese properties are briefly described as follows:
South Industrial Park
T�•�o parcels located immediately south of Arrowhead Conveyor Co., Inc.
and a�est of hiedalist Drive containing approximately 6.5 acres.
�!oFth Industrial Park
Forty acre site including the 5.5 acre site ��rhich is the site of the spec
building located north of ���iscansin Public Service Corporation and east
of t•tain Stree�.
An approximate 4 acre site located on the southeast corner of horth hlain
Street and Fernau Avenue extended.

As you know, we have several industrial firms who have indicated an interest
in and intent to purchase land in both the North and South Industrial Parks.
In following with past policy, we would ask that the City of Oshkosh extend
the 1977 land price on those properties for which we presently have negotiations
pending.
These properties are briefly described as follows:
South Industrial Park
Two parcels located immediately south of Arrowhead Conveyor Co., Inc.
and west of Medalist Drive containing approximately 6.5 acres.
North Industrial Park
Forty acre site including the 5.5 acre site which is the site of the spec
building located north of Wisconsin Public Service Corporation and east
of Main Street.
An approximate 4 acre site located on the southeast corner of North Main
Street and Fernau Avenue extended.
