Smith Avenue, and Wisconsin Street 2 mile: Pearl Avenue, Rockwell Avenue, High Avenue and Dawes Street and close Market Street (Pearl Avenue to Algoma Boulevard) on Thursday, November 26, 2015 from 8:00 a.m. to noon for their Festival Foods Turkey Trot in accordance with the municipal code and the attached application, with the following exceptions/conditions: A.
