MUNICiPAL COD� PERTAINING TO THE CREATION OF A E�US UTILiTY FUND.
The Common Council of the City o� Oshkosh dn ordain as follows:
SECTION 1. that Section 2-69 af th� Oshkosh Muncipal Code pertaining to
the bus utiiity fund is hereby creatud to read as follows:
Section 2-69 Bus Utility Fund
There is hereby established a separat� and distinct fund to be known
as the Bus Utility Fund. Said fund shall receive all revenues generated
by the bus company of the City of Oshkosh, including, but not limited
to, fares, federal aids, state ai�s, private aids and any other mis-
cellaneous aids, income, or contributio�s.
cFCTfON 2. This ordinance sha11 be in full forc� anei effect from and after
its passage and date of publication.
