Said bonds together with $595,000 PrcQnissoiy Notes, Series 1978 of said City shall be sold at public sale in the manner provided by law on or about April 20, 1978. Notice of the sale of said bonds and Notes shall be published once each week for two consecutive weeks in the official city ne�wspaper, and in The Bond Buyer, Dublished in New York, New York. �'he last of each such publications shall be at least 10 days prior to the sale date. Such notice shall be in substantially the form provided in E�i.bit "A" attached hereto.
