The assessments against any parcel may be paid according to the provisions of Section 25-83 thru 25-89 of the Ushkosh P�tmicipal Code. 6. i�e Board of Public �tiiarks is directed to prepare a report consisting of : - l0A - .` : (a� Final plans and s�ecifications for said improve�nents. (b1 .An esti.i*.�ate of the entire cost of the in�rovements and laterals . (ci An estimate as to each garcel of property within the assessment district of: (1) The a5sessment of benefits to be levied for each irr�ravement. (2) The d�-�nages to be awarded for progerty taken or c�nages by each itrcproveme�lt . (�} The net amount of beneiits aver damages or of d,amages over benefits for each in�rovement. Upon ccenpletion of such report, the �3oard of Public Works is directed to file a copy thereof in the City Clerk's Office for public inspection. 7. Upon receivirig -c"r:e re��ort or the B�rd of Public Tn'orks, th� City Cler'� is directed to give notice of a public hearing on such reports as specified in Section 66.60 (71 of the Wisconsin Statutes. The hearing shall be held by the P�rd of Public ihc�rks at the Council Q��ambers in �the City Hall at a time set kr� the Clerk in accor.dance with Sectian 66.60 i7) of the Wisconsin Statutes. 8. The Wisc�nsin Public Service Corporation of OsYil�osh, Wisconsin, is hereby required t.x� i.nstall gas mains in said street and service laterals at suc: intervals as the ?x�'d of Public ti�v'or'xs shall direct, said work to be campleted prior to the ii:w��ce.�re,�ent of the said street, the City Clerk shall fozward a certified cogy o� this resolution to said cozporation forthwith. 9.
