Said ir:�ro�r�n� shall consist of concrete paving as described above and appurtenant wor:� with concrete curb and gutter on Lroth sides of the street at a grade heretofore established by special ordi.��ance of the City of Oshkosh. 3. Upan receiving the report of the Board of Public Works, the City Clerk i.s directed to give notice of a public nearing on such reports as specified in Sectia� 66.60 (71 of the Wisoonsin Statutes.
