(2) A11 plans and specifications shall be sealed. or stamped in accord with Chapter A EI Wis. Ac�n. Code by a registered architect, engineer or registered pltunbing designer. A master pllunber may design and submit for approval of pl�nbing plans and speciiications for a pltunbing system which he is to install. Each sheet of plans and specifications the master plumber submi�s s'r�11 be signed, dated and include his Wisconsin Master Pl�nb�r License ntmiber. O. pOX 309 MADISON, WISCONSIN 63701 IN REPLY PLEASE REFER T0: In accordance with the provisions of Section 145.02 (3) (g) of the Wisconsin Statutes and Section H 62.25 (2) (d) of the 4lisconsin Administrative Code, your department of inspection is herewith designated in accordance with the conditions indicated as an agent of the Division of Health with the purpose of plan examination and approval according to the requirements of Wisconsin Administrative Code, Chapter H b2. Plans, specifications and calculations for the following type buildings and alterations to these buildings located in the incorporated limits of the City of Oshkosh shall be submitted to you for your examination and appropriate action in accord with Chapter H 62, Wisconsin Administrative Code. i. theaters and assembiy ha11s 2. schools and other piaces of instruction, except state-owned schools 3. dpartment buildings, hotels, resorts and places of detention 4. factories, offices and mercantile buildings 5• private interceptor main sewers All other plans, specifications and calculations for the following type buildings or plumbing systems shall be submitted to the department for examination and appropriate action. The City of Oshkosh shall employ competent and qualified plan review personnel who shall be knowledgeabie in all aspects of plan examination and plumbing design. Mr. Marvin Higley, Plumbing Inspector, has been approved by the Division's Plumbing Section to perform these duties for the City of Oshkosh under this authorization. The Division requires when changes in personnel are anticipated or initiated in the plan review program that the replacement employee be approved by this agency. It shall also be the responsibility of the city to see that the additional duties of plan examination do not detract from the plumbing inspector's original function of on-site inspections. Plan review personnel or their supervisors may be required to attend an annual orientation and tr�:ning program provided by the Division relating te plan �xam:n�tions, interpr�:tations and procedur�<<. The implementation of the City of Oshkosh plumbing pian review and approval program shall be effective as of June 1, 1978.
