The Architect's decisions in matters relating to arti�tic effect shall be final if con>istent �vith the intent of the Contract Documents. 7.1.17 The Architect shall have autharity to reject Work �vhich does not conform to the Contract Docurrzents. Wheneve�, in his �easonable op�nion, he considers it nec- essary or advisable to insure the proper implementation of the intent of the Contract Documents, he wi�l have authority to require special inspection or tesT+ng of any Work ir. accordance �vith the provisions of ihe Contract Documents whether or not such Work be then fabricatzd, installed or completed. 1.�.1t3 The Architect shafl revie�v and a�prove shop drawings, samples, and other submissions of the Contrac- tar only for conformance with the design concept of the Project and for compliance with ihe iniormation gi�•en in the Contract Documents. 1.1.19 The Architect shall prepare CF�ange Orders. 7.�.20 The Architect sha(I conduct inspections to de- te��nine the Dates of Substantia! ARTICEE 2 THE OWNER'S RESPONS}BiLITlF� 2.1 The Owner shall provide fuU informaiion, including a comp!ete p;ogram, regar�ing his requirements for the Project_ 2.2 "I'he O�vner shall uesignate, when necessary, a rep- resentative autf�orized to ac: in his behalf tivith respact to the Project.
