the area being sought to be annexed to the City of Oshkosh, said area

annexation to the City of Oshkosh, commonly referred to as the

to cities and villages within a county having a population of 50,000 or
more be reviewed by our Department in order to determine if the proposed
annexation is against the public interest.

t��Thereas the L ndersigned are electors and/or property o�rmers in
the area being sought to be annexed to the City of Oshkosh, said area
�eing more particularly described in a certain petition for direct
annexation to the City of Oshkosh, commonly referred to as the

of this petition �do�s not in any matter attempt to make said petition
for direct annexation conditional upon this petition or the action
