SECTiON 1. Zhat Section ll ot Ordinance No. 24522 is hereby repealed.
SEC'i'ION 2. Zhat Section 11 of Ordinance No. 24522 pertaining to Cable
Z+elevision is hereby recreated t,o read as follaws:
Secti.on 11. RATES
l. Grantee may charge and oollect m�nthly service and
in�tallation charges as established from time to time.
Zhe charges made to subscri.ber shall be fair, reasonable,
non-discriminatory, and no higher t�han necessary to meet
all oosts of service (asstnni.ng efficient and eco.-iomical
manage�.nt) , and provide a fair return on Grant�ee'
in�v�strrent dewted to such service.
2. The Grantee sha11 notify the City of ashkosh at Ieast
30 days in advance of any rate increase, of the date of
adoption of the proposed increase and the airount of the
increase.
3. Z'he City of Oshkosh may, upon notification of a praposed
increase, request, and Grantee shalT provide, i.nform�tion
in writing ooncerning the cuzre.nt and projected operating
incame and expenses, and a writt�en justification Qf the
proposed.increase; such infozcnation shall be pravided
within 30 days after request.
4. Should the City receive a peti.ti.on from at least 2°s of
t��€� s,�:�c.�ibP?�s of C�7ble TM�ev��>:;�n (a� d�te:�in:ad f.zom
th� ��u4�� F- L�ort furriishee� by tii� Cabl� Cam�any tr� the
Gity of Oshkosh) for a review of any rate increase, then
in that event the Ci�y sha11 hold a Hearing and determine
whether or no� the increase in rates is justifiable.
Such rate increase shall not be effective until such
time as the Hearing is held and the Comron Council of
the City of Oshkosh approves the rate increase.

5• 'rhe City of Oshkosh retains its rights and authority to
regulate subscri.ber rates and specifically retains the
right to readopt Section 11 of Ordinanee No, 24522 as it
previously existed and any other provisions the Gi.ty
deems desirable and/or necessary for the proper establishment

SDCTION 3. Zt,.is ordznance shall be in fuil force and effect from and after
its passage Gnd date of publication.
