Gentlemen:
Window Requirements for School Building
Grave Evangelical Lutheran Congregation, Owner
Oshkosh, Winnebago County
Plan File 67-C-1168
Enclosed is a copy of a letter which had been submitted to this office by
Mr. Edgar A. Stubenrauch with regard to your 1957 school addition. He
- stated that property adjacent to windows in the proposed school would be ;
bought in the future in order to comply with the requirements of Ind 56.05. i
Also enclosed is a copy of our approval letter dated April 16, 1957, stating
that the approval of the school building is conditional upon your purchasing
a minimum of 20 feet adjacent to the windows in this school. We have re-
cently received a Ietter from Marian Wall, apparent owner of this ad'acen
 t
property, stating that you had no otion to purchase this property as originally
stated. It appears that you therefore cannot meet the conditions to the
approval of your school building. Please reply before April 15, 1968, as
to how you wiZl meet the window requirements of this section since it is
apparent that you cannot obtain the adjacent property as indicated.
Yours truly,
