All violations noted during my inspection of the property on May 18 , 1987 were corrected . A review of my file on 1019 Nebraska Street, how- ever, revgal.ed that there are in fact outstanding orders on the dwelling. A copy of the order has been enclosed. To date no permit for the GFI electrical receptacle has been obtained.
