Dear Bruce,
I have accepted an offer to purchase on both 615 Monroe Street and
1019 Nebraska Street. I would like for you to verify, in writing,
that there are no outstanding code violations on file against either
of these two properties. Should any existing violations be outstanding,
please deliver those to me so that they may be cleared prior to the new
ownership. We expect to close both by the end of October.
Sincerely,
CENTURY 21 ALL TAR REALTY, INC.

Dear Mr . Purtell :
Currently there are no outstanding orders to cor-
rect violations at 615 Monroe Street . All violations
noted during my inspection of the property on May 18 ,
1987 were corrected .
A review of my file on 1019 Nebraska Street, how-
ever, revgal.ed that there are in fact outstanding orders
on the dwelling. A copy of the order has been enclosed.
To date no permit for the GFI electrical receptacle has
been obtained. A final inspection was never made as no
one was home during my inspection visits
