Problem/Violation: of 18-79.1B, failure to clear and keep clear junk, debris and an unlicensed
vehicle from his premises following neighbor complaints.
Brief history review: Orders issued Apri128, 1995 to remove the junk and debris from the
premises and either remove or license the vehicle in the back yard. A Final Notice was issued
June 29, 1995 when a reinspection revealed no compliance or contact from the owner. On July
13, 1995 a letter from Mr Augsberger's doctor was received stating a physical condition with a
request for an extension. This was granted in my letter of July 13, 1995 with a completion date
of May 1, 1996. On May 1, 1996 a reinspection revealed the junk, debris and other unsightly
material was still on the premises. The vehicle was also there and its plates had again expired.
There has been no contact from the property owner and another reinspection on May 8, 1996
verified nothing had been done or was in progress of being corrected. I have received a number
of neighbor complaints since the orders were issued.

Dear Mr Augsberger:
On Apri128, 1995 orders were issued to you to raze and remove the delapidated
garage and other debris from your property at Ifi14 W MUrC�OCI�AVeriUe.
A second notice was issued June 29, 1995 when inspection revealed non-compliance.
On July 13, 1995, this office received a letter from your physician stating your physical
condition and inability to raze the garage at that time. A letter was mailed to you on this
date accepting the physician's statement and extending the due date for razing the garage
to May l, 1996.
A reinspection on May l, 1996 revealed no compliance and our records show no
Wrecking Permit has been obtained.
FINAL NOTICE
Therefore a FINAL INSPECTION will be made on June 1, 1996 to assure the garage
has been razed and removed including all junk and debris surrounding it. A Wrecking
Permit shall be obtained before May 8, 1996.
Failure to comply with the order by June l, 1996 will result in citations being issued
and court action pursued in the amount of$141.50 per day for each day the violation
exists after June 1, 1996.

Dear Mr Augsburger:
I am in receipt of the letter from your physician. An extension will be granted for the
repair/razing of the garage to be completed May 1, 1996 only if the delapidated dog houses and
other debris are removed and the unlicensed vehicle removed or properly licensed. The premises
shall also be maintained during this time and no further violations of the Oshkosh Property
Maintenance Code shall occur.

Dear Mr Augsburger:
On Apri128, 1995 a violation/correction notice was issued to you for property maintenance
code violations for which this office received complaints.
A reinspection on June 28, 1995 revealed that the delapidated dog houses were still present on
the property,that the unlicensed vehicle (plate expired 3/95) was still on the property and that
the delapidated garage had not been removed or repaired. The yard is also still strewn with
building material and other unsightly debris.
Therefore a FINAL INSPECTION will be made on July 14, 1995 to assure compliance with
the orders issued. Failure to have complied by this time will result in citations being requested
and court action pursued in the amount of$114.00 per dav, per violation until the violations are
corrected. A Wrecking permit will be required for removal of the garage.
