Much of the basement walls and ceilings show considerable mold growth due to water leaks from plumbing above and t asement flooding. Steps shall be taken to properly abate the mold growth which will include removal of all contaminated rywall. POTENTIAL HEALTH HAZARD FOR OCCUPANTS.
