Dear Mr. Rhymer:
Due to the passing away of my husband Theodore W. Luebke, I have a permit for
a 30' x �60' Oxford building to be built on the south side of the property at
2251 Vinland Street. At this time I would like to change the size of this
building permit to a 24'W x 32'lg garage and move it to the north of the
property. This will replace the existing building that is now on the property.
The building that will replace this existing building is a 24'W x 32'lg with a
concrete slab� chimney, and electricity. It will be 60' from the edge of the
road or whatever the specifications are at this time. it will be 72' from the
property line. �
Please change the address for this property� you have it down wrong, it should
be 2251 Vinland Street instead of 2551 Vinland Street.
