When the total building volume exceeds 50,000 cubic feet, each set of plans shall bear an indication of review, which has been signed or initialed by the building designer of record. • COMM 50.12 This review does not include heating,ventilating or air conditioning. The owner should be reminded that HVAC plans,calculations, a completed SBD-118 application form and appropriate fees are required to be submitted for review and approval prior to installation. • COMM 50.12 This review does not include lighting.
