The City of Oshkosh Street DepartmeRt has checked out the disposition �
of storm waters entering catch basins in the Jackson Street Athletic �
Field. Dye was put into the catch basin and followed to public sewer '
systems. Three cotch basins on the Kentucky side of the field are
connected to the sanitary sewer system.

Oshkosh City Ordinance requires oll storm drainage systems to be
connected to the public storm system. It is necessary to disconnect
the catch basins fro.m the sanitary system and connect to the storm :

system.
