SECTION
1 16-37A(1) �e owner of every dwelling shall be responsible for maintaining in a safe, clean
and good condition all communal, shazed or public areas of the dwelling and
appurtenant premises. Yards shall be maintained by the owner according to the
provisions of Section 18-69A and 18-79.1B of the Oshkosh property Maintenance
Code.
2 16-35A(6) No owner shall rent to any other person for occupancy or allow any person to
occupy any dwelling unit or premises unless it is safe and clean and complies with all
provisions of the Minimum Housing Code and Section 18-79.1 of the Property
Maintenance Code.
3 16-37A (2) Every occupant of a dwelling or dwelling unit shall maintain in a clean condition
that part of the dwelling, dwelling unit and yard which he/she occupies or controls.
4 18-79.1B The auto tires, cut brush,junk and debris including the refrigerator, wood, lumber,
furniture and bike parts shall be removed from the premises or stored inside the
garage out of public view.
5 18-79.1 A (a) The deteriorating exterior paint shall be scraped, primed and the woodwork
repainted.
(b) The improperly installed East porch supports shall be replaced per the
requirements ofthe Building Inspector. (236-5051)
(c) The damaged garage utility door shall be replaced.
6 16-34A(3) The newer exterior electrical service conduit has been damaged exposing the wiring.
The conduit shall be repaired. Refened to Electrical Inspector. (236-5046)
7 16-35A(1)c Most of the primary windows in the dwelling are in poor condition with missing or
loose glazing compound and deteriorated sashes. The windows shall be replaced. ,
