Cacmrimity Citizen as chosen by the Oshkosh Jimior Chanber of amnerca_ in 1977, and
was a rr�mber of the Ca�arnmity 5oun3ing Board in 1976 and 1977; he was a past
Pr2sidenE of the Oshkosii Area Cbuncil of Parents and �achers and a past Tteasurex
of the Wisoansin Congress of Panents a^dl 'I�achets; he has s�n�ed on the Board of
the �operatiw Fducatir�nal �svi.ce A;rPncy (C� 8) since 1975 arxl was the Vice
Presid,^rt of that agency in 1977 and 1978; and
