Created to provide udicial and other procedures through ti•�hich children an others are assured fair hearSngs and yet protecting the public safety. B. Definitions: 1. "Adult" means persons 18 yrs. ar older. � • 2. "Child" means person .less than 18 ycars or older. 3. "Court" when used witliout further qualifications ' means the Court. Assigr-�d to exercise jurisdiction under this chapter. 4. "Judge" if used �aithout further qualificaCions means the Judge of the Court. Assigned to exercise • jurisdiction under this chapter. 5.
