2, Said public ittg�rovem..nt shall consist of asphaltic resurfacing, as
described above and aprnartenant wurk wi tl: concrete curb and gutter where re-
quired, and ak a grade hereto£ore es*_ablish� by soecial ordinance of the City
of Osh;cosh.
3. Before sucn i�rov�mnts are made, the Poard of Fablic vbrks is directed
to cause Frater and sewer' service pipes to h� laid in said streets fnxn the mains
to t�:: �urb line of each lot fironting on the said streets an3 to keep an accurate
account of the expense incurred in front of each 1ot and r��rt the same to the
Ccir!ptxoller who shall c:ause the arrount charged to each lot to be entered on tlie
taY roll ae. a speciul tax against said road, Pro°r�.de3, hnv�-�e1', that the i3oard
of Pu'rniic 6�rks shall not c:ause sucn 1ak�:rals tc kz so laid for any partict,�lar
lot, or parcel w'.�ere, in the opinion of the P��rd of I.�ublic Worlcs, it would be
im���acL-ic.al to do so.
4. The total a*munt assessecl aqainst such district shall not exceed the
tot�l cost of the improvem.ents a-�d the amount assessed against any parcel shall
not be yreater than Yhe benefits accrued thereto fr�n said itt�rovanents.
5. The assessrsts against any parcel r-�y k� pai.d according to the pmvisions
of 5ection 25-83 thru 25-89 of the Oshkosh Municip�l Cocle.

(1) The asses_�it of benefi+-.s to be levied for each irrq�rove�c�nt,
(2) The dansyes to be awarcied for property taken or darnages by each
improver:ent.
(3) The net amount of 1�nefits over damages or of ck-unages over
benefi+-s for each ir�rovc-�t�nt.
Upon completion of such report, the Board of PiaUlic 6+lorks is directecl to
file a ouny tY:exeaf an the C:.t_y Clerk's OfFice for. �siblir insc�c ti_n;,,
7. Upon receiving the report o` the 3oard of Public Works, the City Clerk
is directed to give notice of a public hearing on such reports as specified in
Section 66.60 (7) of the Wisconsin Statutes. The hearing shall be held by the
Boarcl of Public Works at the Council Cliambers in the City Hall at a ti.m� set by
the Clerk in accordar:ce with Sectio� 66.60 (7) oi the Wiswnsin Statutes.
8. The Wisconsin Public Sezvice Corporation of Oshkosh, Wisconsin, is
hereby recuired to install gas mains in said street and sesvice laterals at such
intervals as the E�ard of Public i�rks shall direct, said work to be coi�leted
prior to the iir�rovcr;�nt of the said str�t, the City Clerk shall, forward a
certifiEd c�py of this resolution to said cozporation forthcaith.
9. i"he Board o` Public Works an:i the pro�er city officials shall do all
things necessary so as to ccattp�rte the installation of stoim sewers in said
street prior to the i:�provenents thereof, if n��ssary.
10. The installation of said s�reet improvema-�ts shall be accon�lishe3
aocording to the provisions of Section 25-3 th.ru 25�-11 0£ the Oshkosh Municipal
Cocle.
