The Coirnron Council herel7y declares its intention to exercise its �c�caer under Section 66.60 of the Wisconsin Statutes to levy special assess[rents upon property within the follaaing d�scribed areas for benefits conferred upon s:.ich property l7y impmv_ng the following na�d streets, said public i�rave�nt to include the folloo�ing: ASF&'�I�TIC C�"YvCREPE OVF.F2LF�Y - ONE PASS OFERATION 1. Wisconsin Street from Fox River to West Irving Avenue 2. Wat�tm Road (old Highcaay 26) from Or.egbn Street to 2,200 feet sou£fi of Oreqon Street 2. Said iitprovements shall �nsist of asphaltic resurfacing, as descrilxd above and a��urtenant c,�rk with concrete curb and gutter where reqtzired, at a grade heretofore established }� special ordinance of the City of Oshkosh. 3. Ltifore such improve_nents are made, the Board of Public hbrks is directed to cause water and sece:=.r service pipes to }� laid in said streets from the i�.�ins to the curb line of each lot frontinq on the said sts�ts and to keep an acc�arate account of the expense incurred in front of each lot and report the same to the Cc�tmller c,rho sha11 cause the amount charyed tq each lot to be enternd on the t� roll as a special tax against said road, Frovid�l, however, that the Board of Public i�r4s shall not cause sucli laterals to be so laid for any particular lot, or parcel wh�re, in the opinion of the IIoard of_ Public Works, it would be ii���ractic��l to do so. 4. Upon receiving the report of the Hoard of Public Works, the City Clerk is directed to give notice of a public hearing on such reports as specified in Section 66.60 (7) of the Wisconsin Statutes. The hearing shall be held by the �ard of Public Work.s at the Council Chambers in the City Hall at a tine set by the Cl.erk in accordance with Section 66.60 (7) of the SVisconsin Statutes. 8. Tiie tviscc�nsi.n Pubiic Service Curporation oi Os-'rixosh, Wisoonsin, is hereby recn�ired to ins;,all gas mains in said street and ;>ervioe laterals at such interval.s as the Boar3 of Public Nbrks shall direct, said work to be �*rq�leted prior to the ittq�rovement of the said street, the City Clerk shall fon�rard a certifi,ed oopy of- this resolution to said oorporation forthwith. 9. The Board of Public Works and the proper city officials shall do a11 things nec�ssary so as to c�nplete the installation of storm sec.ers in said street prior to the im�rov�snents thereof, if ne�ssary. 10.
