Deduct $ 3,200.00 Item P:o. 2- In lieu of providing separate concrete piers for the perimeter fencing, install fencing on deck orith sleeves. Set PVC pipe sleeves in new deck. Drive steel fence posts into subgrade. Pill void between post and sleeve with anchor-set. Post shall be in 3" from edge of deck. Wire shall be placed to outside of posts.
