The Catnon Coimcil hereby declares its intention to exercise its pa,er nr,rlar gect�.cai 66.60 of the Wisoonsin Statutes to levy special assess�nts upon property within the followinq described areas for benefits mnfexred upon such ProP�Y bY �rovinq the follaai� n�ned streets, said public i�rovanent to i�lude the follcx�ring consisting of sanitatiy sewer, water ma;,,c, and qredinq arrl gravelirx3: 90[TPH II�OSPRIAL PARK N�I�IST DRIVE - fmn 500 feet sarth of W. 33rd Avenue to 700 feet south of West 33rd Avenue Uta�'1"IID FAS'P-WFSr SPR�7' - located apprcncimately 700 feet sovth of W. 33rd Avenue fmn Medalist Drive to 280 feet east of Medalist Drive U[�II�YjF� NOKPfi-SOVPH St'�,T - located app*��tely 280 feet east of Medalist Drive fnxn 700 feet south of W. 33nd Avenue to W. 35th Avenue 2. Said public i�rovenent shall include the gradi� of the abwe named street to the grade hereafter established by special ordinance of the City of Oshkosh. 3. Before such ircpnovarnnts are made, the Board of Public Works is directed to cause water and secaex seivice pipes to be laid in said stseets fran the miins to the curb line of each lot frontin7 on the said stseets and to keep an acc.urate aooaint of the P�n� �� front of each lot and report the s�ne to the Ca�troller who shall cause the amotmt charged to each lot to be entered on the tax mll as a special tax against said road, provided, k�ver, that the goan3 of Public W�orks shall not cause such laterals to be so laid for any na*+;cular lot, or parcel where, in the opinion of the Boaxrl of Public Works, it wvuld be inQractical to do so. 4. The total a:mimt assessed against such district shall not exoeed the tatal oost of the i�rovanents and the �t assessed against any parcel shall n�t be greater than the benefits accn�ed thereto fran said improva�nts. 5. The assessments against any paroel may be paid acoording to the pmvisions of Section 25-83 thru 25-89 of the OsAkosh Municipal Code. - 27A - � w 6. The Board of Public Works is :iirected to prepare a report consisting o£: (a) Final plans and specifications for said it�roveJmnts. (b) An estsmate of the entire cost of the i�rw�nents and laterals. (c) An estimate as to each parcel of property within the assessnent district of: (1) The assesscrent of benefits to be levied for each i�rov�nt. (2) The c]��mages to be awarded for praperty taken or dam3ges by each i�rwanent. (3) The net �rount of benefits over dairiages or of damages wer benefits for each i�rov�nent. Upon cc�letion of such report, the Board of Public Fbrks is directecl to file a wpy thereof in the City Clerk's Office for public inspection. 7. Upon reoeiving the report of the Board of Public Works, the City Clerk is directe3 to give notice of a public hearing on such reports as specified in Section 66.60 (7) of the Wisconsin Statutes. The hearing shall be held by the Board of Public Works at the Council C37airiUers in the City Hall at a time set by the Clerk in acoordance with Section 66.60 (7) of the Wisoonsin Statutes. 8. The Wis�nsin Public Service Coiporation of Oshkosh, Wisconsin, is hereby requirecl to install gas tn�ins in said street and service laterals at such intervals as the Boa�i of Public kbrks shall direct, said work to be ca�leted prior to the i�rov�nent of the said street, the City Clerk shall fonaan9 a certifiecl copy of this resolution to said crorporation forthwith, 9. The Board of Public Works and the pro�r city officials shall do all things necessasy so as to canplete the installation of storm sewers in said street prior to the i�rove�rents thereof, if necessary. 10.
