DONE BY THE CITY OF OSHKOSA WIZiiOUT SCJBMITi'ING SF1ME FOR BIDS.

SDCTION 1. That the grading so as to bring to propes grade ancl the layi.ng
the base oourse and application of dust preventative for the construction of the
follaau�g namecl street, pursuant to resolution adopted on the 4th day of Octol�r,
1979, by the Campn Council of the City of Oshkosh, is hereby authorize3 tn be
done directly by the appropriate departJnents of the City of Oshkosh, without
sulmitting same for bids, accon9ing to the plans attached hereto:
N�FiI,IST DRIVE - fran 500 feet south of W. 33rd Avenue to 700 feet south of
West 33�1 Avenue.
34TH AVF_NUE - located approximately 700 feet south of w. 33rd Avenue frcm
Medalist ITrive to 280 feet east of Medalist Drive.
MAFZVEi.L DRIVE - located approxinr�tely 280 feet east of Medalist Drive from
700 feet south of W. 33rd Avenue tt> W. 35th Avenue.
SE�.'Z'ION 2. The City I��nager shall keep an accurate account of the �sts of
said c.prk including the necessazy overhead PxpPnses and upon the campletion of
such work shall make a oomplete report thereof to the ccsmion council stating in
details the itans of cost ancl the total o�st of doing such wvrk all acco�ling to
Section 62.15 (14) of the Wisconsin Statutes; and ii��*� c�m,�le*=en o£ such trrk,
the proper City officials are hereby authorized and directed to tsansfer neces-
saty fu.-ids fran the S�ecial Assessmnts I�rovanent Fiirul to the appropriate
�nstruction accounts.
S�TION 3. This ordinance shall be in full force anci effect fran ancl after
i;s passage and date of publication.
