The investigation shall i.nclude a reco?cecendation on z�ossible City purchase of the building, avail.ability of State and Pederal grant £unds for purchase and reatoration, and a discussion of all possibilities for re-use of The Grand Opera House under private or public aan�rshir_ BE IT FUKt'f�R R�SOLVED that a Gr.and Oper.a House Ta;k Force be created which includes �crbers of the Oshkosh Historic Preservation Committee and other5 to be appointecl. Tne Task Force shall work with the administration during the investigation and shall, be eimlxlNered to solicit and receive gifts from beguests, private fotmd�tions, corporations, service clubs, comnunity oryanizations and individuals.
