hearing pursuant to Wisconsin Statutes Sec. 66.60 for the purpose ot hearing all
intexestecl pexsors ooncernir� the prelunu�-�ry resolution ar� report of the City
Manager (i3oarci of Public Works) on the proposefl improvarnnts oonsisting of •�
sanitary scwer, water �ins, and graclimj and graveling, and appurtenant t�,ork,
descr.ibecl pursuant to the initial resolution adont�l on October 18, 1979 by the
Oshkosh Cacrrion Council for the folluaing i�iecl streets:

as follaas:
1. Zhat the report of the City A1a��agex, acting as the Board of Public
hbrks, pertaining to the wnstruction of the above descril�ecl public i�mvr
ments, incluclirx3 plans ami specifications therefore, is hereby adopte3 and
approved with the follaaing modifications:

2. 7i�at the action of the City N�nager in advertising for bids and to
carry out the c�rk of such i�rov��nts in acoord�nce with the report of the
City �7anagFr.c a!xi in accordance with the said resolution heretofore adopted, is
heseby approved, ratified and confirn�ecl.
3. 'I4�at payment for said improv�_nts be m�de by assessing the oost of
the property benefitsd as indicated in said report, except as nrxlifie3 herein.
4. That benefits and d�mzges shra,m on the report as m�dified are true ancl
oorrect and are hereby confirmecl.
5. 7i�at the assessnents for all projects included in said report are
hereby cambined as a single assessment but any interested property aanex sha11
be entitled to object to each assesgrnnt separately or both assessments jointly
for any puL�pose or pur�roses.

6. 7Y�at the assessnents may be paid in cash, or in installments pursuant
to Section 25-83 thru 25-89 of the Oshkosh riunicipal Code, said deferred pay-
ments to bear inberest at the rate of eight percent (8%) per annum on the unpaid
balance. The City Clerk �hall publish an installment assessnent notice in
acoordance with Section 66.54 (7) (e) of the Wisconsin Statutes for 1977 in the
official ne�aspaper of the City.
7. Zhe City Clerk is directed to publish this resolution in the OStIICOSH
IIII�iiLY NURTHWFSTEE2N, the official newspaper of the City.
8. The City Clerk is furthex directed to m3i1 a copy of this resolution
to evesy property auner whose z�ame app�rs on the assesscnei�t roll whose post
office address is lmaan or can with reasonable diligence be ascertained.
