WHERFAS, the Comron Cotmcil of the City of Oshkosh held a public hearing on
the 3rd day of April, 1980 at 7:00 P.M. for the puroose of hearing all interested
persons can�rning the praliminary resolutions and mports of the City Manager
(Board o£ Public Works) on the proposed imorove�nts consisting of the concrete
paving with concre� cui� and gutter and aopurt�_nant work, pursuant to the
initial resolution ado�ted on March 6, 1980 by the Oshl:osh Comron Council of the
follaaing nant�d stzeets:

including plans and specifications therefore, is hereby adopted and approved
witn the follaaing mxlifications:

2. That the action of the City Manager in advertising for bids and to
carry out the work of such i�rocements in accordance caith the renort of the
City Nanager a.-rl in acr.ord.�nce with the said resolutions herntofore adopted, is
hereby aopro��d, ratified and confirn�d.
3. Tha� payrre�t for said improvem�nt, be mad� by assessing the cost of
the property benefited aG indicated in sazd report, er.cept as imciified herein.
4. T173t i�12 benefits and damages sha,an on the report as rroc3.ified are true
and correct an3 are hereby conEirned.

5. That the assessrents for all pmjects included in said report are
hereby conbineci as a single assessrcent but any interested ��-operty owner shall
be entitled tn object to each assessment separately or both assessments jointly
for any pur�ose or pu:cposes.
6. That the assessirents map be oaid in c�:sh,'or in installemt�_s pursuant
to Section 25-83 thru 25-89 of the Osh}cosh Nhuzicipal Code. Said deferred naynpnts
to b�ar interest at the rate of eio,�t perc�r:t (8?) per anniun on the impaid
balance. The City Clerk shall oublish an instal]lrent assess�nt notice in
actrordance with Section 66.54(7)(e) of the Wisconsin Statutes for 1975 in the
official newspaper of the City.
7. The City Clerk is direct�d to publish this resolution in the official

8. The City Clerk is further directed to r�ail a copy of this re.;olution
