Council of t��e Ci_ty of Oshr:osh held a public hearing on the llth day of April, 1980 at 7:00 p.m. for the purpose of hearing alt interested persons concerning the preliminazy resolutions and reports of the City �fanager (Boar3 of Public Works) on the propose3 improve:�ents consistin� of the concrete paving with concrete curb and gutter and appurtenant work pursuant to the initial resolutiun adopted on April 3, 1930 by the Oshkosn Common Council of [he following named street.s: CONCBETF, PAVING CLIFFVIEW COURT - west side, from East '�Iurdock Avenae to 210 feet nurt`� of East Murdock Avenue I1ES'f 19TH AVENUE - nortli side, Erom 1003.78 feet west of Knanp Street [o 1095 feet west of Knapp Street NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVEU b�� the Common Councii of the City of Oshkosh as follows: 1. That the report of the City Mana�er, actirt� as Yhe Roard Works, pertaining to the construction of the above described public including plans and specifications therefore, is heceby adopted and with tne following modifications: a. b. c. of Publir_ improve:nen[5, approved 2. That the action of the City Manager in advertisin� for bids and to carry cut tiie work of sucii improvements in accocdance wit'� the report of the City Manager and in accordance with [he said resolutions heretofore adopted, is hereby approved, ratified and confirmed. 3. That payment for said improve;nents be made by assessing the cost of. the property benefited as indicated in said re;ort, except as :nodified herein. 4. Tha[ the benefits and damages shown on the report as modified are true and correct and are hereUy confirmed. 5. That the assessmen[s for all projects incLuded in said repor[ are her.eby combined as a single assessaent hut any interested property owner shall be entitled to object to each assessment separa[ely or bot5 assessments join U-y for any purpose or purposes. - lA - CONCRETE PAVING CONTINUED 6. That the assessments may be paid itt cash, or in installments pursuant to Section 25-83 thru 25-89 of the Oshkosh Municipal Code. Said deferred payments to bear interest at the rate of eight percent (8%) per annum on the unpaid balance, The City Clerk shall publish an installment assessment notice in accordance with Section 66.54 (7) (e) of the Wisconsin Statutes for 1975 in the official newspaper of the City. 7, The City Clerk is directed to publish this resolution in the official newspaper of the City, the OSHKOSH DAILY NORTHWESTERN, 8. The City Clerk is further directed to mail a copy of this resolution to every property owner whose name appears on the assessment roll whose post office address is Imown or can with reasanable diligence be ascertained.
