BE IT RESOLVED by the Co�[r�on Cowzcil of the City of Oshkosh that the
praper City officials are hereby authorized and directed to e�rcise the attached
Option with Frecl and Marion Behlendorf; sai.d Option datsd Decenber 14, 1979,
for the pi�schase of property for park purposes in the airotmt of $107,500.00.
Money for thi.s pu�-pose is hereby appropriatecl from Acwimt No. 361-550, Park
Ittpro��nt Fimd.
BE IT FUR[SIER RESOLVED that the proper City officials are hereby
authorized and directed to transfer the swn of $107,500.00 from Ac�unt No.
310-550, General �md Frniity, to Accoimt No. 361-550, Park Ittg�roveiria�t F1md; said
acmunt to be repaid to Account No. 310-550, General Ftuxi Equity, upon reoeipt
of Federal Grant m�nies and the 1980 Bond Issue.

Should Gity of Oshkosh, a Municipal Gorporation
fail to exercise this option within the time herein limited all rights and privileges granted hereunder shall
be deemed completely surrendered, this option terminated, and the amount this day paid shall belong to me.
If more than one person executes this option as owner, singular terms used herein shall be read as if
written in plural.
