the Sth day of June, 1980 at 7:00 p.m. for the purpose of heari.ng all interes*_ed
perso¢s concerning the preli.minary resolutions and reports of the City Manager

vOW, THEREFORE, BE iT RESOLVEll by the Co�on Council of the Citp of Oshkosh

1. That the repo+_t of the Ci�y ��tana�er, actin� as the Roard ef Public
Works, p�rLainino ta the construction of the above described publi.c improve-
me�t�, ir.c!udin� plans and speci£icatinns therefore, is hereby a3e�±e3 and
approved with th� fcllowing modifications:

carry ouL the work of such improvements in accordance with the report of the
City hfana;er and in accordance aitn the said resolutions heretofore adopted, is

3. That payment Eor said improveiaents be made by assessing :he cost of
the propertq benefited as indicated in sai.d reoort, except as modiiied herein.
4. That the benefits and damages shown on the report as modified are true
and correct and are hereby confirmed.

hereby combined as a siugle assessment but any interested property owner shall
be entitied to object to each assessment separately or both assessments jointly
Yor any purpose or purposes.
6. That the assessments may be paid in cash, or in instal2ments pursuant
to Section 25-83 thru 25-89 of the Oshkosh �tunicipal Code. Said deferred payments
to bear interest at the rate of ei;ht percent (8%) per annum on the unpaid
bal.ance. The City Clerk sha11 publish an installment assessment notice in
accordance with Section 66.54 (7) (e) of the Wisconsin Statutes for 1975 in the
efficial newspaper. of the City.
7. The City Clerk is directed to publish this resolution in the official
newspa.pe� of rY�e City, the OSHKOgH r�AILY NGnT'F,[vESTERN.
3. The City Clerk is further directeu to mail a copy of this resolution
to every prope;ty owner whose name appears on the assessment roll whose post
office address is Imown or can with reasonable diligence be ascertained.
