There will be no retainage on balance to completion.
Upon determination by the Architect/Engineer that satis£actory
progress has been made, payments authorized at time of substantial
Completion shall be for total retainage in contract except that an
amount equal to twice the estimated cost to complete or correct
items on a tentative list of uncompleted items shall be retained
until final completion.
Payments due and unpaid under the Contract Documents shall bear interest from the date payment is due at the rate
entered below, or in the absence thereof, at tfie legal rate prevaifing at the place of the Project.

ARTICLE 6
FINAL PAYMENT
Final payment, constituting the entire unpaid balancc o( the Contract Sum, shall be paid by the Owner to the
Contrac�or when the Work has been completed, the Contract fully performed, and a final Certificate for Payment has
been issued by the Archirect.

There will be no retainage on balance to completion.
Upon determination by the Architect/Engineer that satisfactory
progress has been made, payments authorized at time of substantial
completion shall be for total retainage in contract except that an
amount equal to twice the estimated cost to complete or correct
items on a tentative list of uncompleted items shall be retained
until final completion.
Payments due and unpaid under the Contract Documents shall bear interest from the date payment is due at the rate
entered below, or in the absence thereof, at the legaf rate prevailing at the place of the Project.

FINAL PAYMENT

Final payment, constituting the entire unpaid balance of the Contract Sum, shall be paid by the Owner to the
Contractor when the \Nork has been completed, the Conlract fully performed, and a final Certificate for Payment has

FINAL PAYMENT

Upon determination by the Architect/Engineer that satis£actory
progress has been made, payments authorized at time of substantial
completion shall be for total retainage in contract except that an

until final completion.
Payments due and unpaid under the Contract Documents shall bear interest from the date payment is due at the rate
