Tk�e Lessor sball furnish to tbe Lessee during the occupaney of said
premises, under the te�9 of Lhis lease, as part of the rental consideration
the following:

9. E�rniatl and install light 4ulbs, fluorencent tubea, atarter�,
6allasts or transPOrmera.
10. Provide electriclty for ligBts and other electrical equipment
necessary for operation oP tha offlce.
11. Furnish building occupancy or use permit if required.
12. FVrnish all necessary janitorial and maintena�ce equipment and
supplie9 including soap, toxels and toilet tissue Por restrooms.
13• Tanitarial eervice for the premises, including halls, 9tairways, care
ot the grounds, and removal oP snow Prom sitlewalks and parking lots.
Janitorial service� shall be 1n accordance with, 6ut net limited Co,
the Pollowing schedule:
Daily: Vacuum and/or sweeping oP all floorsr emptying of all
wa5tebaskets and ash trays, disposal of all rubbish, cleaning and
xashing of all resLrooms and plumbing fixtures.
Weekly or as needed: FbpAiag o[ all rioors.
Quei'terly or as needed: Waxing oF all Ploors.
Annually or as needed: 47as6ing of all uindows and light fixtures.
In the event the Lessor does not furnish tbese servicee aod items, Lessee
may provitle such services and items at its own expense and detluct these
expensea from rental payments, provided Lessee furnishes Lessor tbirty i30)
daye in advance of any deduction, an Stemized statement listing the services
and items not being furnished.
