That the report of the City Manager, acting as the Board of Public Works, pertairr:r.g to the cons`ruction of the above described public irrg�rove*r�nts, ir.cludi.� pla.rvs and specificatio:vs therefore, is hereby adopted and appr•oved with the follovring r�c:ifications: a. b. c. 2. T.^.a.t the assessments for all projects ineluded in said report are hereby combir!ed as a single assessment but ar�y interested property ovmer shall b� entitled to object to each assessment separately or both assessments join�ly for ar1y pvrpose or purposes. 6. That the assessments ma.y be paid in cash, or in installments pursuant to Section 25-33 thru 25-89 of the Oshkosh P�h:nicipal Code. Said deferred p�,yrr�nts to bear interest at the rate of eight percent (8q) per anniun on the unpaid balance. The City Cler'.r shall publish an installment assess�nt notice in accordance with Section 66.5"-. (7) (e) of the Wisconsin Statutes for 1975 j-n the official newspaper of the City. 7. That the report of the City Manager, acting as the Board of Public Works, pertaining to the constsuction of the above described public imorove- irents, including plans and snecifications therefore, is hereby adopted and approvecl with the follaaing modifications: a. b. c. 2. That the action of the City Manager in advertising for bids and to carry out the wark of such i�rovements in accordance with the renort of the City Manager and in accordance with the said resolutions heretofore adopted, is hereby approved, ratiiied and confixmeci. 3. That payment for said improvements be made by assessing the cost of the propPSty benefited as indicated in said report, except as modified herein. 4. That the benefits and damages shown on the re�ort as m�dified are true and correct and are hereby confirn�d. 5.
