NOW, THEREFORc, BE IT RESOLVED by the Common CouncTl of the Ci.�y of Oshkosh and the Town Chairr.ien of the Towns of Algoma, 81ack Wolf, �dekimi, U:�hkosh, Utica and Vinland, as for the school budaet as foilows: i.
