BE IT �L�)ED by t`�e Co�nn Coimcil of the Ci.ty of Oshkosh as follavs:
1. The C�camn Council hernUy declares its intention to e�rcise its paaer
imder Section 66.60 of the Wisconsin Statutes to levy special assessments upon
property within the follaaing described area for benefits oonferred upon such
pivvperty by ir.�roving the followinq nan�d area, sai.d p�lic iicproveirent to include
the follaaing:

To Serve Pmperty Known as 1325 Georgia Street
2. Sai.d public iccg�rovetrent shall include the grading of the above named
st�et to the grade hereafter established by special ordinance of the City of
Oshkosh.
3. Before such inprou�t�nts are made, the Board of Public Aaorks (City Manager)
is directe3 tn cause water and sewer servi� pipes to be laid in waid street from
the mains to the curb li� of each lot fronting on said street and to keep an
accurate acco�nt of the e�nse incurted in fmnt of each lot and seport the s�ne
to the Cce�tsoller who shall cause the �noimt charged to each lot to be entered
on the tax ro11 as a special tax agai.nst said road, provided, haaever, that the
Board of Public Works (City Maru�ger) shall not cause such laterals to be so laid for
any ��-*;cular lot, or parcel where, in the opinion of the Board of Public Works
(City Manager), it would be i.�ractical to do so.

total cost of the i.nmrovements and the atrowzt assessed against ar� parcel shall
not be greater than the benefits accn�ed thernto £n�m said imomvrxc�nts.
5. The assessirnnts a�inct any parcel m3y be paid accord.ing to the
provisions of Section 25-83 thni 25-89 of the Oshkosh Dhmicipal Code.
6. The Board of Public Worics (City Manac,�r) is direeted to prepaze a report
consisting of:
(a) Final plans and specifications for said improverrents.
(b) An estirnate of the entire cost of the improveirents and laterals.
(c) An estimate as to each parcel oP oraperty within the assessment
district of:
(1) The assess�nt of benefits to be levied for each i�mvement.
(2) The dar,iages to be �aarded for property taken or danages by
each im.pm-�eccw�t.
(3) The net am�unt o£ benefits over damaaes or of damages over
bene£its for each improve�nt.

Upon ca-cnLcion of such report, the Board of Public Works (City Manager) is
directecl to file a copy thereof in the City Clerk's Of£ice for p�lic inspection_
7. Upon receiving the report o£ the Board of Public Works (City Manager), the
City Clerk is directe3 to give noti� of a pu�lic hearing on such reoorts as specified
in Section 66.60{7) of the Wisconsin Statutes. The hearing shall be held by the
Boan3 of Public 'r�or;cs (City Manager) at the Coimcil Chacrbers in the City Hall at a
ti�ce set by the Clerk in accordance with Section 66.60(7) of the Wisconsin Statutes.
8. The �.nstallation of said street imorovetrents shall be acco�lished
according to � e pmvisions of Section 25-3 thni 25-11 of the Oshkosh Municipal Cocle.
