Please submit a proposal in duplicate,ir. breakdown form, on your letterhead, for the following changes, as soon as possible. 1. Enclosed are two (2) copies of drawing #A-102 dated June 6, 1980. This drawing shows the necessary changes to the stair tower which leads up to the 2nd & 3rd levels of storage space. The new one (1) hour enclosure as shown has affected a portion of the electrical work. Thru the bidding process the Owner ended up purchasing a bus wash as manufactured by another firm, Ross and White. The original drawings had required that you provide a panel only with final wiring by Owner's contractor. Enclosed is a set of Ross and White shop drawings, identified as Contract 8013. These drawings are for your use in coordinating your work in this area. Due to the fact that Ross and White is not doing all the required wiriny, it is now necessary to do such work under your contract. Pleasc revicw the Ross and White drawings to determine exactly what extra work will be required by you. Also, a copy of a letter from Arnold & 0'Sheridan to Y-K,A, dated August 4, 1980, is enclosed. This letter explains other additional work and compo- nents which are now necessary to be included in your contract. Please submit a proposal, in breakdown form, on your letterhead for this requested additional work. 1'our brcakdown should be in enough detail to clearly indicate the a�iditional components and labor you intend to per£orm.
