BE IT RESOLVED by the Common Gouncil of the City of Oshkosh that the city

Street, East Smith Avenue, MoseriStreet and Snell Road waivers of all special
assessment notices and hearings raquired by Section 66.60 of the Wisconsin
Statutes pertaining to the levying of all special assessments against the
pre!nises Imown as Doctors Court, Koreland Street, East Smith Avenue, Moser
Street and Snell Road,

HEARING UNDER SECTION 66.60, 4lISCONSIN STATUTES
The undersigned, owner of property benefited by the following
improvements to be made by the City of Oshkosfi, Winnebago County,
State of Wisconsin, to wit:
WATER MAIN, GRADING b GRAVELING, PAVING AND STORM SEWER COST -
abutting proparty along East Smith Avenue from Bowen Street west
430 feet:
In consideration of the construction of said improvements by the
City of Oshkosh, Wisconsin, I hereby admi[ that such public improvement
will benefit said property and consent to the levying of special
assessments against the premises under Section 66.60 of the Wisconsin
Statutes for the cost of such improvements. In accordance with
Section 66.60 (18) of the Wisconsin Statutes, I hereby waive all special
assessment notices and hearings required by Section 66.60 of the
Wisconsin Statutes; and 1 further agree and admit that the benefit of
my property from the construction of such improvements is in proportion
to the footags thereof:
