StiB?dITTED BY �J� I AFPROVED /�1Bj-1/������CJU/�' � _ ___ _ _.__ _�e -30- AGRE EMENT �,r%� Oshkosh Public Museum, Oshkosh, Wisconsin, �4401, desires to engage the services of Woodburn Associates Fundraising Counsel to conduct a Philanthropic Analysis to determine the fundraising potential and public relations image as it relates to that potential, and Woodburn Associates Fundraising, Counsel desires to conduct such a Study within the terms and conditions of this Agreement and the accompanying proposal. 1. SERVICES. 7'he Woodburn Associates Fundraising Counsel Study Director assigned to the Study will work with the administrative body oE Oshkosh Public Museum in carrying out his on-site duties. Utilizing the guidelines set forth in the Administrative Packet, the museum will pre- schedule confidential interviews for the Study Director and complete the Museum Data Questionnaire. The Study Director will research and identify the "Key Elements" as described in the accompanying proposal. Ae will make periodic oral reports to Che administrative body during his on-site time with the schedule of the adminisCration and the Study Director being of pxime consideration. The Board of Directors, administration and staff will give their support to the successful conclusion of the Study. . The Study will be conducted as outlined in the accompanying proposal. The on-site portion of this Study will begin on the day of , 1980, and continue for a two week period. 2. COST. Oshkosh Public Museum agrees to pay Woodburn Associates Fundraising Counsel Three Thousand Dollars ($3,000.00) for this Philanthropic Analysis as follows: A. One Thousand Five Hundred Dollars ($1,500.00) upon execution of this agreement, and B. One Thousand Five Hundred Dollars ($1�500.00) within 10 days after the Presentation of Findings which will be scheduled not less than two (2) weeks, and not more than one (1) month after the completion of the on-site segment of the Study. C. Expenses upon invoice, not to exceed One Thousand Five Aundred Dollars ($1,500.00). 3. NOTICES. This document and the accompanying proposal constitute this agreement for a Philanthropic Analysis.
