The above referenced location was inspected and plantings that exceed 30 inches in
height and/or is greater than 30% solid, was found in the intersection sight distance
triangle.

The maximum planting size allowed by the City of Oshkosh Zoning Ordinance in the
intersection sight distance triangle (20 ft. from the corner in either direction) not `
controlled by a four-way stop sign, is 30 inches in height from the sidewalk grade, and
can be no more than 30 percent (30%) solid. The plants on this inspected property �
represents a safety hazard and must be brought into compliance IMMEDIATELY.
This is a FINAL NOTICE. Previous Violation/Correction Notices have been sent to
this location for the same violation over the past several years. Failure to maintain the
plantings in question in compliance with the Zoning Ordinance will result in the
immediate issuance of a citation and will be turned over to the City Attorney's Office
for the appropriate legal action to gain compliance with minimum Zoning Ordinance
standards.
